Directing by Bill

 

Unfortunately I am only new to directing, but I am finding that I love it more and more every day.  It is a very open ended art form that provides a lot of opportunity to explore art in new ways.  When I look into a work, I make sure that I have a connection to the piece before I think about directing it.  I also like to look into the nature of the piece and how I can work with it historically and socially to apply it to the world today.
